For the last 14 years, Sara has been using movement as a tool to create both physical and emotional change in the lives of her students as well as her own.
Sara encouraged Les to step towards his own health with his first 5k race and since then, he has spent the last 10 years helping others do the same.
More recently, over the last 5 years Sara has incorporated meditation, hypnosis and mindfulness practices to create even more profound changes.
Sara and Les will offer you clear lessons and actionable practices to make lasting change in your life so that you too can experience fulfillment. The course material takes 5 weeks and it is the beginning of the rest of your life. Each week you will receive new material and will continue to have access to the course content for as long as we continue to offer the course.
Each participant's time commitment may vary. However, we would recommend about 1-2 hours a week for the lessons and associated work,15-25 minutes daily meditation, and another 15-30 minutes for daily exercise if you choose.
What you learn about yourself in this course, the subtle mindset shifts, and the habits you develop can be applied to transform any area of your life. While it is a five week course, you can use what you learn again and again forever.
Sara had a clear and step by step teaching style for the lessons and a calm and soothing way of guiding you into meditation which will be a large component of the course.
The lessons, activities, meditations and movement practices will be delivered in the members only online platform.
The weekly call for the premiere group will be a zoom video conference call each Friday during the course from 1-2:30 pm EST.
