Frequently Asked Questions

The course is 5 weeks long.  Each week you will receive new material and will continue to have access to the course content for as long as we continue to offer the course.

Each participant's time commitment may vary.  However, we would recommend about 1-2 hours a week for the lessons and associated work,15-25 minutes daily meditation, and another 15-30 minutes for daily exercise if you choose.
